Reviewing the Nissan NV200 City Van

Nissan is pretty new to the van segment here in the United States, but the brand has been giving it a go in this segment of the market for many years in Europe and across the globe. The company's first van model to be introduced to U.S. drivers was the full-size Nissan NV200. You may have seen this van as the proposed model for the NYC Taxi of Tomorrow, and next year, drivers will see it wearing a bowtie and labeled the Chevy City Express. For now, however, let's focus on everything this model has to offer drivers:

Inside, the cargo van has the proportions you would expect from a vehicle that's made for hauling a variety of objects. The NV200 Compact Cargo offers 122 cubic feet of space, which is covered with a padded rubber mat to comfortably store objects and keep your knees from knocks while moving around the cabin. The passenger seat easily folds flat for extra space. There are also several storage spaces up front, and the van's doors open up easily for simple storage.

If you're concerned about the ride in such a large vehicle, don't be. It's comfortable enough for daily use thanks to struts in the front and a solid axle on leaf springs in the back. Even when the van is empty, you won't fall out of your seat on speed bumps.

Are you interested in obtaining a new Nissan NV200 for use by yourself or your business? Contact Jackie Cooper Nissan online or by phone for more information, or drop by our showroom in Tulsa, Oklahoma and check out our entire collection of new Nissan models, today.
